denise633 86 Posted August 14, 2013 Was wondering if I can get some suggestions on things to pack for the hospital and if there might be anything that was a must or a great thing to have at the house for after surgery.....
Arts137 1,811 Posted August 14, 2013 There's a BIG thread on this. ME? I only used (1) a robe to cover my butt for walks, and (2) an iPOD for music and (3) toothpaste and toothbrush. Don't overpack, IMHO. Wear LOOSE clotes in and the same out. Home??? Water and a comfy spot... 1 TwinsMama reacted to this
vinniej3 139 Posted August 14, 2013 The most important thing for me was my own pillow!
teamme513 2 Posted August 14, 2013 We were instructed to pack as light as possible! I took my phone charger a book and underwear...for home I was sure to have popsicles, Soup (to drain the broth), sugar free Jello, and crystal light packets 2 Dannipo and TwinsMama reacted to this
notime 340 Posted August 14, 2013 I'm with arts137. I wore loose clothing to the hospital and the same clothing home and took a book. Everything else the hospital provided. I suggest people not make packing for the hospital something else to stress over. 1 TwinsMama reacted to this
NikkiV1986 121 Posted August 14, 2013 Chapstick was a life saver!!!
GBFree82 75 Posted August 14, 2013 Chapstick was a life saver!!! Defiantly Chapstick or whatever you have for your lips. I also brought my own robe for walking and my phone. The hospital provided everything else. I had my husband bring a dress the next day to go home in and a pillow for the car ride home.
