CowgirlJane 14,260 Posted August 14, 2013 We are going through a major software upgrade, global scale. anyway, I was up working most of the night. Talk about stress eating! I was not happy with myself and am so full! I need to get showered and get to the office but feel like I don't need to eat for a week. I am not usually (post sleeve anyway) such an emotional eater but this one got me. Stress combined with sleep deprivation - yuck. I guess it proves what the studies say about that.... 1 Butterthebean reacted to this
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted August 14, 2013 I have the same problem when I'm really stressed out. If I don't sleep I'm so hungry. Oh and if I don't get enough fluids I'm hungry. Grrr!
No game 14,437 Posted August 14, 2013 Sign me up to the lack of sleep stress eating club. I had really hoped that by now I would of had a better handle on it... It's not that I do it often, because I really don't as much now a days. Its that it's still have the struggle. I have to fight still. I succeed a lot but it would of been nice to have at least one bad habit totally behind me. 1 Ms skinniness reacted to this
