I'm using Nature's Plus Source of Life liquid vitamins during my full liquids stage. Tastes a bit odd but not awful. Bought it on Amazon. Normally I use Trader Joes chewable Multivitamin and plan to return to them when I can.

Whatever Vitamins I need, I first make sure the labels reflect the actual contents. With so many products out there, only a few companies are honest. I use this independent reviewing website http://www.consumerlab.com/m/
