empressjg 2 Posted August 14, 2013 I've been reading the post and I feel better knowing its not just me!! I'm 8wks post op and down 27lbs, 47 in total. Actually got on the scale earlier this week and was up two lbs. Granted its my time of the month. My friend was sleeved the day before me and is down 39lbs...WTH! Getting a bit frustrated. I'm working out every single day. Some days just cardio and other cardio with strength training. I'm under 1000 calories consistently and getting 45g Protein also. IDK!!!! rbott 37 Posted August 14, 2013 Weight fluctuations and stalls are normal, don't be discouraged. Your Protein intake should be at a minimum 70-80 grams. Try increasing your protein intake and make sure you are drinking plenty of water....before you know it those pounds will be dropping off again! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
