bread plain Water and beef don't agree with me so I stick with chicken breast and ground turkey and fish. I work out 5 to 6 days a week.

Hi all, I was sleeved may 13 starting weight 219 so far I lost a total of 44lbs yay for me.... I don't eat bread, Pasta, rice, I eat a lot of baked fish with veggies, I work out about 4 times a week, life is golden!
