How much should I drink per hour 6 days post op.

My instructions say 4oz but cant reach my goals that way. Any advice?

If you goal is 64 oz and you drink every hour you are awake, you will be close. 16 hours x 4 oz. is 64 oz. That's the goal I stuck with till I could drink more. If you can drink more, there should be no problem with 2 oz per 15 minutes.

Water. I can get one 14oz Protein down a day plus water. Thanks

I'm 8 days post op and already up to 64oz of Water and 24oz of Protein Drink - Unjury chicken Soup. That's 8oz total liquids per hour. It only bothers me if the water is too cold.

I counted my Protein drinks in my Fluid intake. That is how my program calculates Fluid intake. We can count anything except caffeinated drinks.< /p>
