No change in weight for 15 days at 3 months out

Recommended Posts

In all honesty I'm almost 2 months out and I haven't lost since my first 3 weeks basically. So meaning I've been in a stall for a month lol. It is frustrating to be in a stall so long especially at the beginning because I think it just reminds us of all the times we have failed. No I don't need to loose 100 lbs in 3 months but at least 15 over the next month :)

Well said!!! Not losing weight with the sleeve was one of my biggest fears. So now that I have been for a stall, just makes it seem like I failed with the sleeve. Just have to stay positive.

For a stall try tricking your body do things different shake it up. Examples new recipes do not eat same foods day in and day out. Excercise add something new or something different about what you are doing mix your routine up so your body does not get used to same old same old. I got this idea when I did weight watchers in the past. I am constantly shaking things up adding more time to my work outs and varying things.
