Macy6 356 Posted September 6, 2013 Every state is different but I was approved in CO after meeting their guidelines and only had my co pays as detailed in my insurance coverage. So I did pay a co pay for everything, including per night in the hospital.

Macy6 356 Posted September 9, 2013 From submission to approval was exactly 14 days with a week day holiday mixed in. My surgeon said that is the norm.

Erica2013 69 Posted September 9, 2013 If my surgery is approved I will have to pay $500 out of pocket and had a 6 month diet. I live in Tennessee
Sofficial 162 Posted September 9, 2013 It seems that most people have to pay which had me worried so I just called Health Care USA which is Missouri state Medicaid and they said if I am approved then I won't have to pay anything, and that makes since because to require for state Medicaid in Mo you have to have an income below the poverty line in most cases.
