Joanna Ortallono 2 Posted August 10, 2013 I am 4 wks post op and i know i still have probably 2 more wks before i can return to yoga/pilates but will i have to wait longer to start a strength trainning program? cuz you know skinny girls look good in clothes but FIT girls look good naked.
