I just got the ok to eat soft food cheese, cottage cheese, tuna the basics i dint know how to tell if im full when i was on the Protein Shakes i never felt the full feeling just enough to fill the void HELP!!!! i don't want to over do it or under eat or be so full i cant stand it.

Your doc or nut should have given you portion sizes to start out. Mine was 1 1/2oz puréed Protein by volume in a glass measuring cup and 1 oz. of a veggie or fruit, also puréed. Start with the Protein, eat very slowly, if room fruit or veggie. Your tummy will gurgle ALOT, this is normal. You will know when you should stop. Then DO NOT take that last bite, just cuz you will regret it. :-) If you finish all your food, you're done too.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
