My BCBS would not cover my plastic surgery, so I went to Dr Victor Gutierrez in Tijuana, Mexico. He was GREAT! I wish I could be more helpful, but I always think a person should have a Plan B just in case Plan A does not work out???????? I hope things work out for you.
