Honeybeesugar 0 Posted August 10, 2013 I keep forgetting to eat I'm never really hungry by the time I get home from I have two bites of something and I get full ! Through tout the day I try to eat but when I do I barely eat anything yet I feel like I pigged out ! I'm becoming very frustrated ! Does anyone have this problem ! Oh and as Water I'm not getting enough I know I'm not but its impossible fore ! I'm really struggling ! I'm a very go go go go person and I forget I can't do that anymore and I find my feeling like I'm about to fall out ! I just really hope this doesn't last forever ! Annie04 28 Posted August 10, 2013 You really need to take care of yourself. 2 very important things for you right now is hydration and Protein. I would make a Protein Shake in the morning and add some greek yogurt or extra protein if you can. Take it with you to work and sip on it as much as possible. Also don't let yourself get hydrated or you will end up in the hospital. You need to be proactive with your diet as far as the sleeve is concerned. Your health depends on it.
