Low back pain after GSV?

I've really been fortunate to not have any back pain throughout my life. However, a few days after my GSV on 7/10/13, I started having pretty intense back pain on both sides of my lower back. Hurts in most upright positions. Anyone else encounter weird and new pains like this?

Suggestions?

Yup, I had gas pains for a long time. It started as right on the lower back (on one side), spread to the other side, then the shoulders, then a sharp pain right under the rib cage in the front. Hurt so bad I was doubled over.

It was horrible. I'd say if you don't have a fever or any other problems, do as much walking as possible. That really is the best way to get rid of it.
