I envy Protein shakes!! I have spent so much money trying to find one I like and I just can't do it!! Are there such things as protein pills? ? Lol

Ditto. I have huge canisters I loved pre-op that I just knew I'd like post-op. Well the receipts are gone so on my counter they sit.

I had to do the bars. They at least provide a bit more than I'm able to get down with solid foods. So I do a bar for Breakfast on some days. Then the rest of the day it is all solid food.
