I was sleeved on 6 th and I'm doing pretty good . Drinking fine and everything is staying down . About to go for my second walk of the day

first couple of days PO can be difficult

glad you "survived" them

you are drinking, walking (probably talking too )

things "might" get a little rough on your trip through sleeveland, but.that is normal

few bumps in the road "maybe"

but you are on the road to a healthier, happier, longer life!!!!
