Sleeved 6-17....254 down to 212! I'm 5'10" and 31years old. 174 is normal BMI...I WILL GET THERE BY MY BIRTHDAY! (Dec 31st) First on to ONEDERLAND!

how much have you lost since june? I guess I don't understand, looks like 254? maybe im reading wrong..lol ok, just re-read it, you are down from 254 to 212..ok lol congrats, im excited to start my journey!!
