Greeknugget 56 Posted August 8, 2013 I just threw away 4 years of weight loss journals. Pictures here: http://greeknugget.blogspot.com/ It's a freeing experience but it's also sad and scary. How do I prove I really fought to get to this place? It feels like throwing away really hard work. Anyone else have these kind of weight watcher logs and personal tracking diaries?
