Butterthebean 8,146 Posted August 7, 2013 Terrific. Great loss and good luck with the 5K. Be careful, those races can get very addictive. Getting that bling after the race....crossing that finish line.....the cheering spectators.....it gets to you. bdiddy13 32 Posted August 8, 2013 @Ashley Just stay focussed.. Dont let yourself slip back to your old ways.. I work out 5 days a week.. Either at the gym, jogging, or riding my bike.. Its a total lifestyle change, and as the weight comes off, the workouts get easier..
