On vacay right and I hope I still have 22 pounds lost when I get back ( or I WILL have by the end of the week I get back anyway!). Started 5:2 about June 5th I believe. feedyoureye 3,087 Posted August 10, 2013 Still here, not using 5:2 on vacay, but CANT WAIT to get back to it on the 17th. I am seeing the scale go up and up... am still logging everything on MFP,and eating around 3-500 cals extra a day... so the pounds are prob at least half Water. Going to do lots of hiking in the next three days, so perhaps that will help a bit.
