I am still Pre-sleeve, but I would really like to start with toning in the inner thighs area, and what I like to call my " kangaroo pouch" after my c- section? TwinsMama 483 Posted August 6, 2013 If you're just looking for a program, I think anything with some sort of weights, band, etc. will do. Everyone here does different things to tone. Try to figure out something you enjoy. Maybe try a few different things. Once you find what you like, then you can come up with a regular schedule. nsquared 232 Posted August 7, 2013 Try Pilates. If you belong to a gym, take a Pilates class, if offered. You can also do it at home with a DVD.
