I have lost a total of 21 lbs as of 2 weeks out. I have not weighed myswlf this week yet as I am trying to kick that addiction early bcause when I first came home I was completely obsessed with the scale so to stop myswlf from going crazy I am trying to weigh myself only once a week & take my measurements once a week as well. It seems I have lost about an inch everywhere this past week how much have you lost so far?

MandaPanda 173 Posted August 6, 2013 I was sleeved on July 29th. I have lost 12 lbs as of yesterday. I am taking a mulitvitamin, B12 sublingual, Iron and Calcium. Today is the first day I have ventured out and cooked a meal for my family. I am exhausted. I have a drain and can't wait to get it removed on Thursday. I am between 400-600 calories a day. I am using myfitnesspal app to track everything. Feeling better everyday but not back to my old self yet. I have to go back to work next week.

mmgraham102602 10 Posted August 7, 2013 I was sleeved July 10th. I'm on soft foods now with few restrictions. I too struggle with the Vitamins. I need to set a timer for them. I've lost nearly 35lbs but seem to be at a stand still now. Its a little discouraging. Even a day at an amusement park didn't budge the scale.< /p>

I have come to a stop and gain 2 lbs after returning to liquids for two days to see if that would help. I'm hoping I continue to drop. Trying not to get on the scale.< /p>
