Before and After 8 months

Sleeved Dec. 2012. Started at 314 and am 250 now. I started out as a size 26 and am down to a 16-18 which makes me really happy. But' date=' I think I am in a stall again; they are so frustrating. I was told buy my Nut. to increase my calories from 900 to 1200 a day. I did that 3 weeks ago and nothing changed. I work out in the pool 4-6 days a week (workouts on land are limited due to back and joint problems). My goal is 175 so I am 1/2 way there. Any suggestions to break this stall?[/quote']

Shelly that's pretty good I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. Your stall will break it sounds like you are doing everything right. You are down 10 sizes that's amazing. Don't give up or get discouraged. I do all the time. But we can do this!

As a fellow shortie- I totally understand- my mom almost fell over when I told her that with 96lbs lost, I was still obese (4 more lbs!!!). It's insane- I'm in an 8/10 and medium shirt. But- you look AMAZING! And you WILL get there. I was stalled for 7 weeks and it broke this week.
