kalee76 28 Posted August 6, 2013 Hello I am new to this site I have been looking but this is my first post. I was sleeved July 29th and it was the best decision I made. The first day and half was rough because I was nauseous. I do still have pain in my left side from the incision sight. All in all I am doing well and happy I can now start to eat some real food. Oh yeah I have lost 18 pounds in a week how awesome I'm loving my sleeve. So far I have lost 42 lbs (24) with the doctor assisted diet and the liquid diet. My stat are 6ft hw 377.5 dos 353.4 cw 336.

soocalchic 1,087 Posted August 6, 2013 Strawberry' date=' blueberries, mixed fruitSausage and scrapple Carrots, califlower, broccoli and a mixed Hamburger, chicken breasts, chicken legs, pork chops, and mexican chicken strips[/quote'] Might want to skip on the scrapple and fresh fruit high fats and high sugars even if they are natural sugars might get you to dump since you're so early out.. Why would you pre make so many meals? 1 RebecaSparkles reacted to this
