fancy 41 Posted August 6, 2013 I was stall for about almost two weeks ,had sleeve on July 8 and now since sat scale started moving again everyday a pd is gone ,so happy it's moving again ,almost a month sleeve but still not able to hit the Gym yet becuz my energy level still not right to workout yet so I just do a walk around my block everyday ,started drinking g2 today hopefully that will help get me some energy back ,becuz IM so ready for the Gym I can taste the sweat lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

As to you lack of energy problem make sure you are getting enough Water should be trying for a minimum of 64 oz daily, and Protein minimum of 70. If you are hitting your numbers the energy will come also know that once you start getting to the gym it should get easier to get the energy to go. fancy 41 Posted August 6, 2013 Thanks IM working on that Water and Protein it's do Hard to get the full amount being my sleeve so small and feels tight but I can say every week gets better ,I use to get about on 20 oz of water a day well IM up to about 48 to 50 so it's getting better ,my protein IM not getting it all in but it's better also ,so your right I think that's why my energy low hopefully soon it will be up Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
