I have not had the surgery yet but your before picture is about where I am now so I am really happy to see that you had such great results. Maybe I will too if I pull the trigger. My stats are: Before: 112.4kgs (247lbs) Now: 63.5 (140lbs) Height: 5'4 My biggest piece of advice is to exercise, drink lots of Water and try and get your Protein in. My workout routine looks like this: Monday- I have a session with my personal trainer Tuesday- I train my client (I am studying to be a personal trainer now) Wednesday- I go to bootcamp Thursday- I train my client Friday- I work out at home Everyone should be lifting weights and doing cardio! 1 MissersK reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
