Thank you!! I can't get over how AMAZING this journey has been. I would do this over and over and over. So blessed. Here's a before if you're curious.

That is so incredibly sweet. I'm pretty proud of myself. Anybody that says this is the "easy way" has no idea. Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement.

Congrats to you!! Thank you!! As far as advice, I guess just don't over think it. The weight will come off. I don't restrict anything from my diet. I did this because I was tired of food controlling my life so the last thing I was going to do was make food the center of my life as a result of my sleeve. I eat when I'm hungry, I take my Vitamins and I don't always make the best decisions but I'm losing and I'm happy. I think everyone has to do what's best for them. I hate when people try tell you all the "sleeve rules" We're not perfect and if we were we wouldn't have to have the sleeve surgery. I do get on the scale almost daily. For me it's accountability. If I see that I'm gaining a bit I restrict myself a little more but refuse to live my life on a diet. I wouldn't change a thing. Good luck to you. I would love to follow your journey.
