I don't think you doing anything wrong - 45 pounds in 8 weeks is more than a 5 pound loss per week average! You are doing great, I just think YOU need to remember that! sheilarae 84 Posted August 15, 2013 I'll keep a smile on my face!! My dr told me to eat 600-800 cal a day. I rarely get to 800 I'm sending a food diary to my dr to see if I need to eat more. sheilarae 84 Posted August 15, 2013 I started at 200...BMI was 40.4. Now I'm 173...BMI is 34.9 I lost 20 lbs the month before my surgery. My goal BMI is 25. That puts my weight at 125. I'm 4'11" and I'm 62 years old. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
