I'm struggling to get my mi d set back. Sleeved oct 2012 and down only 50 pounds. I feel like food is running me and I'm eating what I want to eat. I should not be satisfied with a 50 pound weight loss at this point. I need support and coaching. Cancelled my 10 month visit with my doctor cause I felt he would chastise me. Afraid to go back. Help....

Go to the doctor so they can help. Thats what they are there to do.

I totally feel bad for anyone trying to do the 5 day pouch test. That involves going to strictly liquids which is not necessary.

If you cut out all white foods like rice bread noodles and eat dense Protein and the only carbs you're getting are from veggies, you will achieve the same results as the 5 day pouch test. Plus you won't be hungry.
