Andrew0929 1,101 Posted August 4, 2013 I got my fat butt out on the tennis court today after many years. Still pre-op but trying to increase my physical activity as part of a lifestyle change. Lost 6 pounds so far on my nut diet and trying to change my sedentary ways. I used to be pretty good and I think my wife was surprised that i was able to play as well as I did being so overweight. I'm looking forward to playing again and my game improving post op when I start shedding the pounds. 5 mrs.petethecat, Mrs_Ashley, gmanbat and 2 others reacted to this

gmanbat 5,889 Posted August 4, 2013 I am also looking at starting up tennis again. It was great exercise in the days before my fat escalation. Memory reminds me of ankle and knee problems during those days, no doubt due to my inordinate competitiveness. I suggest you take it easy, I know I will. 2 ProudGrammy and Andrew0929 reacted to this

I do need to start practicing all those post op things. I'm going to have a hard time not drinking while eating as I'm used to chugging lots of Water while I eat. But I'll deal with it.
