Just got news I'm getting my surgery on the 27th of august! Super excited and cannot wait. Longest 4 months off my life! Anyone else getting it done on the 27th?

I'm having my band removed on the 27th. After a few months of recovery, I will go back for the sleeve. Good luck! (Are u on a pre-op diet?)

Thank you and good luck to you also. No, I'm not on any diet. They told me to just start eating better, smaller meals, Protein first, no soda, coffee or fast food and a day before surgery I start a pre-op diet that consist of a light Breakfast and light lunch and liquids until surgery.
