BADB0Y 26 Posted August 3, 2013 For my multi, I use the generic chewable from CVS (Centrum One-A-Day copy I think), it's super cheap (around $7), doesn't taste horrible, and I can get if BOGO every few weeks (like next week). My B12 is the Spring Valley sublingual from Walmart (best taste and price so far). I do use the Bariatric Advantage calcium chews.< /span>
mark! 449 Posted August 4, 2013 I use Centrum's 1 a day with prostate support (cancer has all but erased the men in my family) B12 is liquid, I think spring valley, I also do the drops. Vit D is also spring valley Fish Oil is whatever is on sell I don't take Calcium, I'm against kidney stones when supplementing with D. Doesn't happen to everyone, but it can, and has led to kidney stones with using D and Calcium at the same time.

sheilarae 84 Posted August 5, 2013 Look in the Vitamin section at Walgreens. I use Gummy multiple, gummy D3, dissolvable B (think its Vitamelts) and a sugar free Calcium.< /p>
mistysj 1,940 Posted August 5, 2013 You should have no problem with capsules or tablets after the first couple weeks. You will find higher quality Vitamins with fewer additives. Vitamins are not something to skimp on, though. You just spent a lot of money and effort on surgery. Spend a little on decent supplements. Those gummies have about as much potency as a jolly rancher most of the time. 1 Jeanie S reacted to this
sheilarae 84 Posted August 5, 2013 Don't I know it! But I'm not throwing them away. Ill go back to Centrum Silver chewables and continue D3 and B that dissolve. They're better for you. I take a lot of other Meds in the am. I take two sets of Vitamins. Am and pm
