Skinny in Here 83 Posted August 3, 2013 Getting sleeved Monday morning!! Excited and nervous at the same time. I am doing 7 days pre-op liquids and am drinking 4 Bariessential shakes a day. I have been getting things together for post-op and have tried MANY Protein Shake samples. My favorites so far have been Celebrate ENS and whey Natural! USA. I have not seen much here about Whey Natural! USA and (IMO) it is by far the best tasting. Does anyone have experience with Whey Natural! USA?? When I'm busy, I use premade Natures Best Extreme smoothie. Not my favorite taste, but w/ 35 g of Protein, 7 carbs and 170 calories, they get the job done! I have lost 6lbs in 6 days, so I'm not going to complain. I haven't been tempted to cheat yet. I figure if I don't have the will power to do what Is needed to prepare for surgery, I can't expect to succeed in changing how I eat for the rest of my life. kimberlyu 12 Posted August 4, 2013 I've used Visalus Protein Shake mix exclusively. It's the best tasting drink I've found. Only 12g Protein to 8-12 ounce milk/soy milk. 90 calories before milk.
