grassmom 21 Posted August 3, 2013 How long has it been? Actually, went a little yesterday and a little more this morning, but knew there was more to come...thinking I might be getting my period?!? At six weeks out, and have been going about once a week, but NEVER this painful!
KaraBoo 37 Posted August 3, 2013 Personally, I'd do the enema and get it over with 1 RebecaSparkles reacted to this
No game 14,437 Posted August 3, 2013 Enema! Your only other option should you get more impacted is digital extraction.. Do the enema...
Justkeepswimming37 31 Posted August 3, 2013 I am just a few days post surgery but have had this issue due to a med I take. I find that Magnesium Citrate works pretty well. It tastes horrible but seems to work ok for me. You may want to check with your Dr. though to make sure it's ok to use.
Daydra 345 Posted August 3, 2013 You might try sitting in a crouched position, like sit on a chair with your feet on a small stool. Supposedly, that's the (natural, historic, whatever) position to poop. When I'm slow going in the morning, I'll usually sit on the edge of my bed with my feet on the rails and check my email or something. It often works. Aside from that, you might try a second dose of MoM. I have found that to be EXTREMELY effective, but sometimes takes more than the initial dose. Don't get too far from the bathroom, you've got a lot of things going on right now... Good luck!
grassmom 21 Posted August 3, 2013 Thank you, VSG crew...enema partially resolved situation for now! It's true...worse than childbirth (or maybe just that I'm 31 years older). Eight hours later, I'm going to try to get some sleep; who knows what tomorrow will bring, as I have a feeling I'm not out of the woods yet! First stop out of the house...every source of Fiber I can find! Thanks again!
ejsfanatic 98 Posted August 3, 2013 There is a great tea that can help with that. Drink it before bed and the next morning you will clean your pipes! Called Smooth Move. And yes it is 2 CCRNonherway and TwinsMama reacted to this
mistysj 1,940 Posted August 3, 2013 Be careful. Smooth Move has senna, which can cause permanent damage to your intestines.
TwinsMama 483 Posted August 6, 2013 Be careful. Smooth Move has senna, which can cause permanent damage to your intestines. I didn't know that. I've used smooth move (years ago) during a detox. Wow, thanks for the info. Edited to say: didn't know senna could do so much damage. Did know there was senna in there.
Sweet_Mia 61 Posted August 6, 2013 Hello, You can try the salt Water flush. Google it or YouTube it. I've done it and it works. It helped me go. I still do the flush, but now that I got the surgery, I need to ask my doctor to see if it's ok to still do once in awhile when I really want to cleanse my colon, or use the bathroom. I got the salt Water flush idea from the master cleanse diet. Here are some sites if you want to check it out. http://www.yogitrition.com/salt-water-flush-for-colon-cleansing/ http://rawfoodswitch.com/detox/perform-salt-water-flush-cleanse-colon/ My New Journey 2013

Most sleevers can't drink that volume in that amount of time.
