floatingpaint 0 Posted November 6, 2015 I am 10 months post gastric sleeve and have hit a plateau for 3 months now. I have bought a Fitbit and have increased m exercise. My portions have gotten larger, but I am hungrier. I'm considering going back to 4 Protein Shakes a day. Please advise ???? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Diana74 6 Posted August 19, 2016 I'm on the same boat. I know your frustration. I think doing more cardio ( treadmill and such) should come before weights just for now. I am battling with the meds.
