Hi, I have sleeve a month ago and am looking for online or regular stores that has the MTV and also the extra Calcium and d3 I have to take 3 times a day.

I take 500 iu of d3 and 500 mg of calcium.

Note that I think this is already in my MTV, but this is what the nut and makes us do,

Any thoughts would be appreciated. I am new to where and how to buy all this stuff.

Thank you so much in advance.

Btw - can't find at Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. They don't have the right doses.

I do my online Vitamin shopping at puritain's pride www.puritain.com I take the calcium citrate +d3 miniatures Item # 033195 and also I buy Iron, fish oil and probiotic capsules from them. I get my multi from Amazon.com because I like the Bariatric Advantage capsules and puritain does not carry those.

I use BariatricChoice.com. They are a little expensive, but the Vitamins are made specifically for WLS patients. I heard about them through this forum. They have a referral program. If you click the link below and enter the referral code, you will get $20 off a purchase of $30 or more (And ill get a $10 coupon as well). Also if you spend $50 you will get free shipping.

It worked well for and and I got a months worth of all Vitamins for under $40.

(FYI-- I did three hours research and the Celebrate Multi Vitamin was the most complete one I could find for under $39/month supply)

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
