JessicaAnn 564 Posted August 2, 2013 I know stalls are inevitable, and I know the dreaded "3 weeks stall" is fairly common, but how long did yours last? I've been gaining/losing the same 4lbs for 2.5 weeks. I've been in contact with my dietician, who slightly altered my plan, but still no change. So how long was your stall? Candyman 38 Posted August 2, 2013 Everyone is different. Mine was at four weeks and lasted a week. At three weeks you should be exercising like walking and some resistant workouts.
JessicaAnn 564 Posted August 2, 2013 I've been cleared o ly for walking, which I do while pushing a double stroller with 2 kids lol.
Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted August 2, 2013 Mine was a seven week stall.. Or more! I stopped counting and just ignored the time. It slowly started to come off and I tried to be patient and just work with what I was dealt. 1 TwinsMama reacted to this

Ms.AntiBand 2,984 Posted August 2, 2013 I only weigh myself once a week at the most or sometimes every 2 weeks. I lose a lb here and there, but extremely slow. I'm ok with it.. As long as its less than what I was, I'm happy. I think the closer you are to goal the much harder it is to lose. 1 TwinsMama reacted to this

JessicaAnn 564 Posted August 2, 2013 Mine started at the end of week two and lasted for FOUR WEEKS! I think I remember that your almost a year out, right? How was your weight loss after the stall? My biggest fear is that I went through all of this for nothing. At least I know I'm not alone.
