New Protein Drink!

I am 6 months out and yes I am still drinking Protein shakes! Never thought I wiuld be keeping up with it but I have! I was drinking Premier Protein from costco but I jusy discovered Rockin Refuel made by Shamrock Farms! OMG it tastes jusy like chocolate milk! I drink 2 a day. 30 grams of protein, 190 calories 9 carbs and 6 sugars. This drink is my new best friend!

Its a pre made drink. I bought mine from ShopRite. Some walmarts usually carry it

Awesome! I live on nectar grape and lemonade powders! I add them to Water and so I get my water and Protein in at the same time. I don't drink anything else! I have no intention of stopping the Protein Drink train! I'll check these out as well! Thanks for sharing!

Hi Jeanie S !! Do a search for nectar Protein. I get mine from Amazon. They have a multitude of flavors. My Favorite for Water are the grape and lemonade. For something to add to milk or I add it to vanilla muscle milk ( lactose free ) is chocolate truffle. It's just been a lifesaver for me!
