Down 14lbs in a week!

Today marks my one week surgeversary and I have lost 14 pounds! I feel great.

I feel great. No complaints. I like seeing the scale move down everyday- so that helps too! I was moved to stage 2 on Tuesday but haven't eaten much but Protein shakes, broth and greek yogurt. The clear liquids stage is tough! I can't believe you have to do it another week.... But hang in there! It's all worth it. Keep up the great work!
