Nursebarbie 392 Posted August 2, 2013 So I went to the Vitamin Shoppe looking for this glorious Syntrax Nectar mix I've been reading about. Walked in and two clerks (neither looking particularly healthy themselves) asked what I was looking for. Asked, " do you have Syntrax nectar? " Silence. "Oh no, we don't have that." Silence. Now, I'm sure I read someone saying they had it so I decided to look around. There, in the Protein Powder section a huge ceiling to floor section of guess what? Syntrax Nectar. In every flavor you can imagine. I grab lemon tea flavor (great by the way), walk up to the counter and say " uh, yeah you do." Silence. Come people, this isn't a big store. Know your stock. And don't counsel me at the checkout that Isopure is "better for me" either when you are missing several teeth. Uggh. Idiots, I tell you! 8 MCM13, brwneyedwoman, LipstickLady and 5 others reacted to this
Canary Diamond 186 Posted August 2, 2013 Ew. There are people with PhDs working at McDonald's, Vitamin Shoppe. Don't tell me you didn't have any better candidates! 1 Nursebarbie reacted to this

LipstickLady 25,682 Posted August 3, 2013 The VS make me so mad. They are the only store I've ever visited that treated me like a third class citizen when I was at my fattest, helping everyone else while helping me, basically putting me off with each new customer who came in, answering the phone and staying on it, etc. Now that I look more normal, I have their attention. Hmph. If I could get my OH YEAH bars else where, I would. Too hot for mail order...
