Cheer Mama 166 Posted August 6, 2013 What about powdered Protein drinks made with Water? They can also be made with almond or soy milk? I know a lot of the powders are made with whey, but it is worth a shot.... Are you able to drink Isopure drinks? If you can't tolerate plain Water, what about chrystal light or Gatorade? Soups - I hated the canned Soups. I instead got ramen noodles and just used the seasoning packet. When the broth was cool enough, I added non-flavored Protein to it. I know I am eating more variety of food than what I was earlier on. I still can't tolerate meat. chicken is hard and for me, fish is the easiest for me to eat. I hope this helps! Good luck!
