Face to waist thinning but seems my hips, thighs and butt are planning to be fashionably late to the weight loss party! I am a pear so lower body is the first place I gain and last to loose... sarsar 824 Posted August 2, 2013 I am a pear, too. I lost the weight the same way, top to bottom. This is also where I have the most skin that I need to have removed (lower body lift). You will lose it down there, it will just take a little longer! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
