getting enough Protein is key, also your vitimins... do a search because I've seen this question pop up before, but I can't remember the poster or the thread.

That was the first thing my nutritionist told me - "take Vitamins 2x a day and eat Protein, protein, protein or else your hair will fall out." Try looking at what you are eating and if you're not taking vitamins, you should start.

Hair loss was one of my biggest fears (still is). After doing a ton of research, I kept hearing take 'biotin'. So in preparation, I started it 4 months ago. I can tell you this; my hair is thicker and shinier than ever! So, if I do experience any hair loss, hopefully it won't be noticable.

Just food for thought.

10 months out and my hair is still coming out. And I get more than my required amount of Protein and take supplements 11 days out of 12. Good thing I had freaky mega super thick hair to begin with, or I'd be bald.
