One day post op

I'm one day post op, sitting here in my hospital bed feeling ok and waiting to be discharged. I'm hooked up to an IV of morphine for pain and famotidine for nausea that Keeps creeping up but never comes out. The surgey went very well and today I had an abdominal X-ray done which revealed my new stomach, it was amazing. I was cleared for having my first liquids around 2pm but all I could get down without my tummy being uncomfortable was an ounce of broth and ounce of Water.< /p>
