I need your advice! I'm on day 1 and the plan says I can have cream Soups. Would Tomato Soup made with milk be a cream Soup? I have some cream of chicken but would still rather have Tomato. Thanks!!

I was told skim, 2% or Water

I did the 5 day pouch test it work I lost 5 pounds

Only issues were

Day 1 was jittery later that evening from sugar free products.

Day 3 energy

Day 5 ended slightly early due to shift work

Overall it was well worth it!

Would you who tried it do it again?

I know a few were saying this is not for sleeves, but I want to thank the ones that said they did it anyway! I lost 8 pounds last week doing the 5 day pouch test. It was so much easier than I thought it was gong to be. I also lost another 2 pounds over the weekend! I really needed the mental boost it gave me. Now down 91 pounds in 8 months and so close to onederland!!

Glad for you! I lost 7 lbs on the 5 day pouch test. Thinking about doing another or the Lil miss boot camp?

Wow 8 pounds that's great I actually tried it again but I was on my period did't work going to try again next month.
