mokee 588 Posted August 1, 2013 Guess what guys, I made it to 195 today, down 80 lbs. 80 lbs! Never dreamed at the beginning that I could ever lose this much weight. I am just so amazed everyday of my successes. I am 66 yrs old. So anyone out there that is afraid or can't decide. Go for it. It is a life changer.
