It can be intimidating, don't be scared, you are among friends.

Have you gotten any direction from your surgeon or Nutrionist?

How long do you have to be on clears before surgery? A few things I stocked up on .

Bottled Water (more for after surgery, it was just easier to gauge what I was drinking)

Vitamin Water Zero (Or other no calorie drinks)

unjury chicken Soup, (considered clear liquid and contains protein)

Other low sodium Broths

sugar free Ice pops.
