I'm starting a new shift tonight at 10 pm and I slept in today but I know I'm going to be exhausted. Can I have an 5-hour energy shot?

My doctors post-op instructions suck.

I have asked this ? Before on here and several proper have said they use them. I think one lady said she was 4 weeks when she started.
