Aussies .. Im stuck need ur help

Hi all , I haven't posted for ages & I'm posting now for your help. I was sleeved in march and was losing steadily but have hit a plateau for 5 weeks now.

I'm steeping up my Water today & have started using my fitness pal again to try and monitor my Protein so I can get 70 grams a day. I've vowed to walk around the block every nite to see if that helps too.

Anyone got any other ideas to kick startup weightloss again?

Yes go back to basics Protein Drinks 3 or 4 times a day Water exercise u should b good to go stop grazing . Good luck

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
