Post Op Immune System..

I got to thinking about this tonight.. after the surgery since our bodies don't get all of the Vitamins that they did before will our immune systems be weaker? Do I have to look forward to lots of sickness this winter? Currently I don't get the flu shot.. but if my immune system is going to be weaker I may have to think about getting it this year..
