I was making my son dinner tonight, and he asked for ranch dressing. I got him some, and accidentally spilled some on my finger. I stuck my finger in my mouth, without thinking... Ptuey, I spit it out about a second after I realized what I had done.

I've totally done that I made my son Mac-n cheese & was checking to see if the noodles were soft enough by biting it, & I actually ate it. I thought oh lord I'm gonna die!!!! But I was fine one noodle or lick of ranch won't kill you! Good luck on your journey! It gets easier/the new normal!
